I booked a well-appointed and quiet room with a mini bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. The staff was efficient and catered to my every need. Its location was magnificent and amazing, in the very centre of the town, and in a very nice area.

Good hotel to stop over when travelling to other places in Italy. We had a familie room but the kids are 21 en 16 en really the extra bed in the room is for younger children. Next time will have to get 2 rooms instead. Varese is a nice town to wonder around.

The staff is very accommodating and try to do everything to make you have a comfortable stay. The room was a bit noisy from the street, but we felt very comfortable and safe in the hotel.
The only complaint would be the street noise, but there is nothing you can do about that.

We choose Europa as it was convenient for exploring the Italian Lakes and needed twin rooms. Website was excellent and informative. We arrived late at night but the staff were wonderful and helpful - it was so welcoming. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with fluffy towels/complimentary toiletries and minibar. There was a large choice at breakfast and again the staff particularly helpful and friendly. We only stayed the one night but everyone in our party was delighted with the choice of hotel which was excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to return - thank you Europa!
